We start with what the site or app actually needs to do — not a generic template. A project gets a scope and a one-time build fee; ongoing hosting and updates are priced separately (see Website Hosting & Management), so you're never paying for upkeep you didn't ask for.
Every site we build is static-first where possible — faster, cheaper to run, and easier to keep secure than a database-backed CMS. When an app genuinely needs a backend, we build the smallest one that does the job.
